Design map
The wooden bridge will be replaced with a concrete culvert. The road will be widened slightly at the bridge. New guardrails will be installed. The road will be repaved and restriped in the project area as part of the project. We are also installing a water quality swale.

The road at the bridge will have two 11-foot-wide travel lanes and three-foot shoulders with guardrails.
Culvert cross section
We will replace the bridge with a three-sided culvert, with a open bottom. The culvert is just over 25-feet long and higher than the 100-year flood plain.
